Day 14 of the 21 Day Detox, it’s time to add cooked food back to our menu. Over the past week I’ve shared simple, flavorful, cooked veggie based dishes.
Days 15-21 is about about adding healthy cooked foods and making sure you don’t forget to drink at least one green based smoothie a day.
I find that drinking a green smoothie a day really does help with natural appetite control.
We’re also still eating salads, which not only fills you up, but it makes you eat a lot less.
Eat a cooked veggie based lunch and dinner, plus a big salad to keep you on the right track!
