21 Day Detox Menu Days 1-7 and a Amazing Grass Giveaway!

It’s almost time people! The 21 Day Detox is about to begin in a matter of days…If you haven’t already, download the 21 Day Detox Grocery List to get started.

I have my list and I am ready to go! Also, don’t forget we’re doing a giveaway (entry below) to help get you started. Remember this is just a basic starting point, adapt things to your liking and taste.

Remember don’t use too much fruit, try to limit your fruit for the next 21 days to lemons, bananas, berries, melons, apples and avocados.

Also, if you don’t have a juicer, then make smoothies with a blender, it’s just a matter of adding 2 cups of water to the juice recipes and your ready to go!

Note: Use what ever kind of amazing grass powder you like…I love the trio blend, but if you want something more fruity or chocolate then do that…and you can always add an extra scoop of amazing grass to your green juices and smoothies for extra flavor!

Click the blue link on the right and it will take you to the amazing grass site which has lots of choices and they have nutrition bars for those of you who might want a little substance throughout the day…aka…hunger pains…lol!

Day 1-7 Repeat Daily

FOR BLENDED DRINKS: If you don’t have a juicer, take all the vegetables for juicer and add to blender with 2 cups of water, blend well then drink/chew the blended drink…add ice if necessary.
