It’s almost time people and I just wanted to send out a quick note: you can adapt the juice and smoothies recipes to your particular taste.
I love my drinks green but that is an acquired taste. If you don’t like radishes, don’t use them, replace them with extra greens.
If you’re new to green juices and smoothies, add an extra apple, then as adapt, delete an apple until you can drink it green as possible. The greener the better…

I’ve included the recipe below, often I will add a little grated ginger to my lemon water because it really opens up my sinuses and make the lemon water a little more palatable…

1 cup purified water
1/2 lemon, juiced
Heat water until warm, squeeze in lemon juice, stir, drink warm.
