It’s Sunday and I am in smoothie making mode!
I told my daughter for the next two weeks I am going to create a new smoothie or juice recipe a day, wish me luck!
I purchased some Asian pears from the Chinese market and I thought they would be perfect for my smoothie making mission.
First, you can use regular pears to cut the cost of making this smoothie.
I love Asian pears, but their expensive!
Secondly, Greek yogurt, I use plain, but you could use vanilla yogurt.
Third, frozen triple berries, I purchased them at Sam’s club in bulk.
If you’re in smoothie making mode, bulk is the way to shop!
Lastly, drink up and enjoy!

Fat Free Asian Pear Berry Smoothie
Prep Time: 1 minute
Servings: 1-2
Ingredients:
1 Asian pear, seeded, diced
1 1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
1 cup milk, fat free
1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
2 tablespoons honey or sugar if desired
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
